Billing — catalogue idle

Landing screen after day open. Next click: any product tile.

S2

Billing — cart built, customer matched

After four tile taps and a mobile number. Next click: Charge ₹1,389.

Opens over the bill on Charge. Next click: Settle & print. Esc returns to S2 with the cart intact.

Paid — receipt & next action

Auto-returns to S1 after 6 seconds, or immediately on New sale.

Pre-booking — order details & advance

Reached from New booking. Next click: Collect advance ₹300 → token print.

Booking queue → balance settlement

Pickup day. Clicking a queue row opens the settle panel; only the balance is tendered.

CRM — segments and customer 360

Row click opens the profile on the right. Next click: Queue birthday offer.

Purchase entry — stock in & vendor payable

Next click: Receive & post. Stock rates update, unpaid balance becomes a payable.

Recipe / BOM — costing and batch deduction

Next click: Post batch of 12 — raw material leaves stock, shortfalls flag red.

Day close — cash reconciliation

Counted cash against expected. Short amounts need a reason before Submit unlocks.

Owner dashboard

Opened after day close, or any time from the sidebar. Every card clicks through to its report.
